ORDER, RETURNS, AND SHIPPING POLICIES
The following contains information relating to orders, returns, and shipping policies for orders placed with Harding Nursery ("Harding").
It is our policy to fill orders exactly as they are received. If we sell out of a particular variety, we reserve the right to substitute a similar one of equal or greater value. Prices and offers are subject to change without notice.
Harding ships all of its products via USPS. When you place your order we will provide you with an estimate ship date for your location. If you order a living plant or tree, it will generally ship during the ideal planting season, which will be indicated when you place your order. Orders for tools and supplies will be shipped soon after purchase.
Payment for online orders may be done via credit card. Your credit card will be charged at the time the order is placed.
Orders can be cancelled prior to shipment if Harding receives notice 48 hours in advance of the ship date. Please email email@example.com or call 719-596-5712to cancel an order.
If any package was damaged in shipment, please make note of the damage with the shipper and contact Harding immediately.
Non-perishable items may be returned for any reason within 10 days of receipt of the order provided the items are returned undamaged with the original packing materials and documentation. Returned items are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. You may request a replacement of a defective item. Replacements will not be completed until the defective item is received by Harding. You will need to contact Harding within 2 business days of the receipt of your item and have a return shipment transaction generated. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please follow the return instructions provided below.
- To return an item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 719-596-5712 and let us know that you would like to return a product.
- Wrap the product in the original packaging, with tags and the original receipt.
- Close box securely, we are not responsible for product lost during shipment.
